I moved out of my previous residence on July 1st and was charged from July 10th-August 5th. I'm not stupid. I know I called in to let them know (twice) that I was moving and to put the utilities back in the landlord's name on July 1st, but she couldn't see any other information on her computer screen. Also, she really seemed to be a bit lost when talking on the phone to me.
