Don’t know that this is the correct office to complain about since I have been a customer in Pana , IL. Last time I turned on my electricity and gas for inspection possible repairs, I was not told I would be charged in the hundreds range for seasonal charges if I turned on/off my gas/electric more than once in a year time frame under my own name. Typically 2 days of service is $10. Mine ended up over $200 for 2 days of service. After alot of complaining to multiple people someone realized I got double charged seasonal charge... read more
Billing dates are never the same. They do not listen to customers requests. Have a history of double charging and then will not offer a refund (instead they make you go through a tail-chasing process, say they WILL give a refund and then go behind your back and not do it and just 'credit' your account for the next month with NO regards if the person had a set plan for said money.) Worst company ever no matter where it is at. Highly advise to not go with this and find someone else at all costs.
