Should’ve read the reviews… no one answers… couldn’t get any shipping info. No one answered emails. Charged me and nothing received…
Charged a $730 restocking fee for 6 unopened, not damaged soap dispensers that came in a standard sized cardboard box not requiring special handling or means of transportation. Initially paid a $55 freight charge. Highly, highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
11 days after order, no update, not shipped, should have looked at the reviews here. Clearly these people do not care at all.
I had to place an order for cams for fire extinguisher cabinet locks, and frankly this company was the first result in my search. In an effort of due diligence I checked other vendors, but everyone else was easily double the cost. Cut to a month later and I was wondering where the order was. I reached out to their team, and received prompt replies to discuss the order. Come to find out that I had left my billing address as the shipping address as well, and the shipper was having problems delivering to an Apt (go figure), and... read more
