Charged a $730 restocking fee for 6 unopened, not damaged soap dispensers that came in a standard sized cardboard box not requiring special handling or means of transportation. Initially paid a $55 freight charge. Highly, highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
11 days after order, no update, not shipped, should have looked at the reviews here. Clearly these people do not care at all.
I had to place an order for cams for fire extinguisher cabinet locks, and frankly this company was the first result in my search. In an effort of due diligence I checked other vendors, but everyone else was easily double the cost. Cut to a month later and I was wondering where the order was. I reached out to their team, and received prompt replies to discuss the order. If I could it would be a Negative Star all the way around. My expierience was bsolutly the worst I have had in my life from any company. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS ! purchased three complete white fire extinguisher cabinets. Long Story short They sent the wrong cabinets. Then they wanted me to pay for the return shipping for there mistake.
