Wouldn't recommend this company or Jay. provided 8 comps within a .75mile radius that was selling in similar condition as my property and was 30-45k greater than the appraised value. Basically told at this point, I don't want to get sued, I have a license so can't change the valued appraisal. Don't expect to be able to rebutt whatever you get, and a low value for it.
