Very strange operation. I made a phone inquiry and received a series of returned calls and emails. I had a long conversation about the process with someone who is probably in sales. I had to provide my own X-rays, and no assessment was offered. No office visit. I'm told over the phone that the doctor will review my Xray report, and the man I spoke with would get back to me the next business day.
