I paid Taylor to have blinds installed. I was told by Taylor that if there were any problems to call him and he would get it fixed quickly! One of the blinds stopped turning. Taylor repeatedly said he would have it fixed and didn't! I tried tracking him down for two years (called at least 25 times). Sometimes he would say he was busy and would call me back but never did!
