Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this cardiologist's office? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Been a patient for the past 4 years. Parking always available, friendly staff, very good doctor. No appointment necessary and always taken care of.

No, they were on time Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Did this cardiologist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.
