Tried to get an appointment with Dr. Khan for my mother that is in urgent need to see a Nephrologist. However, his reception team is very incompetent. Specifically Rosa, I spoke to her last week and amid giggles (very unprofessional) she sounded like she actually knew what she was talking about.
