I called and Booked an appointment with a specific masseuse. The man who responded confirmed the time. When I arrived (on time) , the masseuse already left for the night and no one on site was aware of the appointment and could not communicate (3 of them didnt speak English). I am flexible and understand scheduling challenges but the bare minimum is to contact the customer. Note that I’ve been visiting this location for 4 years. This js disappointing.
I was rushed in the room. There are different people doing massage and they are not all good. Some of the masseuses do not even feel how much pressure the client tolerates and overdo it and they don’t feel which areas to apply pressure on. They even asked for extra tip! This is unacceptable
