I would not recommend Amenity Roofing. After they installed our new roof, which is leas then a year old, we experienced significant leaks that started on the upper floor and traveled all the way down into our lower living room, causing extensive water damage. John and his team redid a leaking upper deck for us and we couldn’t be happier! John is very knowledgeable in this field and really knows what he is talking about. We will use them for any other needs we have in the future. We had such a positive experience with Amenity Roofing and Siding - we know you will too!
Compare pricing! I saved 15k by finding another. At first I was worried due to the big difference in price, but the work is done and I’m completely satisfied and saved a lot! I had a complete tear off and roof replacement.
Do NOT use Amenity Roofing and Siding. If therer was a zero stars available then this would be their rating. They replaced my roof in 2023 and said they would have to speak to my insurance company about the siding. I've called them in 2023, 2024, & 2025 and got the same response of they are working on it. Now when I call, 2026, they never answer and don't return phone calls. The first photo is of my second story where they removed some siding for a color match in 2023.
