I will be giving them at least 2 more opportunities to clean my apartment to the standard they advertised (and the standard I expect) before terminating my scheduled services, so this review is subject to change. However, after my service, I was thoroughly disappointed. They didn’t vacuum my floors, which is obvious because I have a cat. There were dirty footprints on my tile, which easily came off with a Clorox wipe, so I don’t know why that was overlooked. This was my first time using this service as it’s offered through my apartment community. It was the worst cleaning service I’ve had and not to the standard I was expecting. The dishes were not unloaded from the dishwasher, the kitchen sink was FILTHY (dirtier than before they arrived), they left the two dirty dishes in the sink and wiped a dirty rag around them.
