I booked a hair appointment with Jasmine Thomas for my birthday and she never showed up. She continued to text and say she was on her way. I waited and reached out, but received no professionalism or courtesy in return. Your birthday is supposed to be a special day, and instead I was left disappointed, stressed, and scrambling last minute. Brittany has been amazing! She does 2 of my children’s hair also. She’s very knowledgeable and patient. She takes her time while styling your hair. No long wait times, as she doesn’t overbook. Fair pricing.
