ABsolutely ridicilous! My brother has been a patient there for over 2 years and all was good. Past 2.5 months we're been trying to get information on medication adjustment from them and it's been taking since beginning of August and we still don't know what to do with medication. Absolutely horrible service, they keep apologizing for delays, but nothing has been done.
I had such a great experience at Amen Clinics in New York. From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me so warmly and made me feel really comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and Stephanie was especially amazing. She was so accommodating and genuinely kind, and she made the whole visit so pleasant.
