Dr. Darmal has helped me through every season of my life since I was in my 20’s, from moving to LA, living a stressful life, marriage, divorce, Covid, and single parenting. He has a lot of personal issues in his personal life. He shouldn’t be giving advice to anyone.
Dr. Darmal was unprofessional, and did not understand the pharmacological effects of the (grey-market) meds he recommended that I take. I dumped him, and went back to my GP. After terminating my relationship with him, he slandered me in an interview for an employment background investigation. He and his staff also performed poorly at correctly assessing cognitive function.
The Amen clinic is Woo nonsence and Dr. Darmal was no better. Not only was it almost impossible to get medication refills, I had to go to another psychiatrist in order to stop the horrible things my medications were doing. We spent 5000 dollars on the SPECT scan and all I have to show from it is some colorful pictures that tell me nothing or next to nothing or things that I already knew. Would recommend astrology before this nonsense
his was a terrible experience and a waste of money. The recommendations were worthless. Try something else, anything else.
