Nancy was amazing with my 10 year old. He has very real anxiety about blood draws from previous bad experiences. She was so gentle and friendly with him that he was actually SMILING while she worked. Afterwards he told me he wasn't afraid to have blood work again if she was the one doing it. So grateful for Nancy's bedside manner, expert draw, thoroughness, communication and flexibility. Highly recommend!
Nancy is the best! We had to run quite a few labs for our 5 year old who is very anxious with lab work. Her calming presence made it so much easier for him to cooperate. We are so grateful she was able to make this as pleasant as possible for all of us. It is hard to get lab work done on little ones but she makes it so much more manageable than heading to a local Quest.
We were in a really tough situation, and it felt like there was no solution. Then I called Nancy, and she really came through for us—she was quick and kind and went out of her way to accommodate us. No judgment, just help when we needed it!
Can't say enough good things about Nancy. She handled me being nervous and a bit chaotic with ease, I honestly couldn't believe it was over as fast as it was and I didn't pass out. We'll be using her for any bloodwork needs going forward and you should too!
