My military son came home for Christmas and needed tires. He couldn’t afford new ones so he went to Amelia’s on pass road. After replacing all 4 tires, the next morning one was completely flat. He called Amelias who told him you bought used tires. Too bad. We then took the tire to Firestone who said the tire should not be on the road. He bought new tire to replace it. Description of Complaint: I arrived with my own tire to have it mounted. While mounting, I was asked if I wanted a patch repair to a staple hole. They double charged me for their services, and each time I confronted them about the pricing I received a different answer for the breakdown. In total the local asst manager and the general manager gave me a combined total of 5 different descriptions for what I was being charged for, and each time I pointed out how that was double charging me I was given a different explanation. After buying two tires from this location, which one was a spare tire, on my way to work in Louisiana my tire went flat and luckily I had a spare but on the next day with that spare tire, which is a normal tire, I had a blow out that could have killed me.
