She is knowledgable and friendly but cannot run a business. Been there a few times and even with appointments have had to wait over 45m. Last cut, rushed through in 7 minutes. Not going back for $35 after tip for a kids cut...
Great haircut, awesome chick, and super cool puppies!
Made an appointment for 10:20. I arrived to a full shop. I had to sit and wait while Colleen complained about how bad she was getting screwed over as a small business owner and how someone had it out for her. My appointment didn't seem to make a difference, and when I sat in the chair, she spent about 5 minutes cutting my hair. The website prices were wrong, and the site did not nearly represent the experience I had.
