Enjoy narrated historic sightseeing tours and sunset cruises in a beautiful natural setting. We take you from Fernandina's historic Victorian waterfront along salt marshes and wilderness beaches to the views of wild horses on Cumberland Island National Seashore. You are likely to see dolphins, egrets, herons, shrimp boats, luxury yachts and even a Civil War era fort along the way. We also offer seasonal BYOB booze cruises with live local musicians on the weekends. The newest addition to our cruise roster is a hands-on Shrimp... read more

Full of fun & historic facts!! I was worried the 2.5 hour cruise would be too much for our 3 kids (ages 15, 8)and whether or not it would keep their interest, but we all enjoyed ourselves! Pajama Life Dave and mate where awesome & we saw dolphins, the wild horses on Cumberland Island all while learning about the history of the area. We would highly recommend this cruise.
We had a wonderful tour this morning with pajama Dave as our captain and Mark as the first mate. They were very knowledgeable and entertaining. We enjoyed sights and personal feel to the tour.
Great time on the boat. We went on the morning cruise. Beautiful day & they were very educational on the history of all places they sailed us by. Would highly recommend them to others & plan on going again.
The captain and sidekick were great. Knew a lot about area and wildlife. Seeing wild horses was exceptional. Only downside was the seating, most of which faced inside the boat instead of forward or to the side. A great experience.

So glad you enjoyed your tour! You might like to try a cruise on the Bald Eagle sometime; it has schoolbus-style seating, unlike Miss Kaylynn & Miss Kieren Marie. We always run our Adult Twilight BYOB Cruises on that boat and often the Cumberland Island Tours as well, if we have over 49 passengers booked that morning. We never get tired of seeing the wild horses. Hope to see you again soon! Here is a little more information on the different boats we run our tours on: https://ameliarivercruises.com/about-us/
We were visiting a friend on Amelia Island and she treated my family (husband, I and our 7 and 10 y/o children) to a sunset family cruise. I loved learning about the history and the kids loved that they took time to stop and point out the wildlife (dolphins, deer, feral horses). The captain kept the humor clean and we all have several laughs along the way. The sun ended up setting behind the clouds but we still had nice colors. We would definitely go back again and hope to see the full sunset.
Great narration and fun river tour.
I didn't think I would have the great time I ended up having on a tour. But it was rich with history, pictures, animals & jokes! It was the Cumberland cruise at 10AM - and was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend it to everyone - you will love it.
