Poor Customer Service. After taking our money and confirming our reservation, we were moved from a Beachfront condo with pool access to a inland house without an adjacent pool. The company reserves the right to move you to a comparable unit (stated in their rental policy), but that unit may not be an oceanfront condo with pool access. The owner of the Company said the error was with the booking agent who would be reprimanded. The units Amelia Rentals offers are gorgeous. You won't find any better! The staff is also professional and kind - you just can't beat it!
Our unit was beautiful and everything was prepared for when we arrived. The whole staff was friendly and nice. Plus, they helped us with any questions we had about the area and location.
The location was awesome. Amelia Rentals also has a great staff who works hard to help customers.
I used Amelia Rentals when I went on vacation in April. Everything was perfect and I couldn't have asked for more. They helped us through the whole rental process and answered any questions we had.
