Rocky our 17 year old Tabby Cat had an appointment at 11:30 today, we have been there a couple of times to have him looked at. Arrived a few minutes early, and waited for 50 minutes on benches that were absolutely excruciating. Stacey has back pain as well as a terrible side of the nerve that is still not been taken care of. There was a lady there before us, and of course they took her first, we continue to wait. They came out to get someone else and took their cat back to the back and no one was communicating with us. First appt. Told to come early. Arrive, checked in, not one other customer. Wait over 20 minutes, ask receptionist is this typical (she had been sitting pretty much doing nothing the whole time), she informed us running behind and would be at least another 20 minutes. Could have informed us prior, but she could have cared less. We would never recommend. Our previous vet (in another state) was caring, on time, always kept informed. Emergencies can happen but when you are too lazy to inform those waiting you just don't care. W... read more

This is the best vet… I have ever been to. Dr Ray is amazing!!! I will be bring my adult dog here when he needs his shots.

We can’t thank our veterinarian enough for helping us navigate the complicated process of getting our three puppy girls ready to fly to South Korea. From paperwork to vaccinations and everything in between, their team was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive every step of the way.
