If it were possible to rate this company with "negative stars," I would do so. This company, and in particular Rob Jansen, was dishonest by overcharging (charging for more hours than he actually worked) for his services. It took him close to 8 hours, over the span of two days to replace a leaky A-coil. I was charged just under $800 dollars, and the coil was under warranty.
