Left sitting in the exam room for 30-45 min with no explanation as to what was going on, I had to step out and ask several times the office staff said that she had to go to the "urgent care " which is fine but don't leave me sitting in a room for almost an hour with no good reason
As usual, my visit with Ameila Jaworek was just fine, she was as friendly and professional as always and I’m very happy with my relationship with the Comprehensive Care I receive at Holyoke Medical.
It's been great dealing with Dr.Jaworek & her staff everyone is always pleasant to deal with & very helpful.
