Just got off the phone with Peter Mallory, who works at Amelia Island Management. He is the property manager for Ocean Park Condo, where I own. I had called to ask a simple question, and was promptly berated and demeaned for about 5 minutes because, as he said, "I have ninety-six other owners and I don't have time to drop what I'm doing every time an owner doesn't bother to read an email."
