RecommendedWe just returned from our short holiday, having stayed at this great condo at the Pelicans! Elizabeth stayed in touch with me, before, during and afterwards to see if we needed anything. The unit is as described, with the lovely ocean view and just a short walk down to the pool or beach. And not having to worry about taking beach chairs, towels, and other beach items was certainly nice, since they are provided for us. The underground parking is a plus! Thank you for the hospitality!

Beautiful, updated condo on a quiet beach! The sand is smooth and the water so clean! Our four kids played at the beach all week and couldn't get enough! The condo was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. From the beach towels to the beach chairs, Elizabeth has thought of it all. The pool was clean and rarely ever crowded. We hope to return next summer!
So clean and accommodating, Elizabeth really cared about our comfort. Will definitely come back for another visit

What a wonderful condo! Great location, situated right on the beach, perfect for afternoon walks and some of the most beautiful sunrises you’ll ever see. It is beautifully decorated and stocked with all of the necessities you will need to start your vacation. Elizabeth was a delight to work with and we can’t wait to visit again. Truly a home away from home.
We stayed in the Kiernan Condo at Amelia Island this past September for a week. The condo is very clean, comfortable and has all the comforts of home. The kitchen had all the necessary items and more to prepare and serve any meal. The laundry room is right in the condo, so you never have to take dirty clothes home. The condo is convenient to the quaint downtown area and close to all the wonderful and various restaurants available. We have rented condos for about 30 years in Fernandina at three complexes. We were impressed with Elizabeth's unit at The Pelican from our first visit. She is always so welcoming, making you feel like a friend she hasn't seen in a while. Each year she makes improvements, making sure it is homey and you have everything you need for a wonderful stay.
