Old school coffee shop but coffee is on point!

Ordered a Cortada, which has equal amounts cream and coffee I asked for two extra shots and extra cream to compensate. They got it all wrong then asked to correct it and they were snotty about it. Not nice. Not a good experience. I wondered why with so many reviews they weren’t a five star but that explains it I mean really it’s not like it’s not already on their menu. Very nice coffee shop with a limited but very good interesting food choices and bakery items
The coffee is terrible! The cappuccino has barely any coffee flavor, and it is scalding hot—burning my mouth and throat. The croissant wasn't fresh. I will never visit this place again!
