I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked this salon because I needed gray root coverage, a haircut, wash, and style before an important event. Unfortunately, my appointment was changed multiple times for different reasons. I booked a morning appointment with Amelia well in advance for a special occasion, only to have it canceled at the last minute. If she knew she wouldn’t be able to make the appointment, I wish I had been given at least 24 hours’ notice instead of having to call multiple salons about an hour before my appointment to find someone else. I’ve been going to Iris for over three years, and I can honestly say she truly knows her craft. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always understands exactly what my hair needs. Gaby is the best! He’s incredibly talented, super sweet, and always makes the whole experience easy. He’s very accommodating and works so efficiently—I’m always in and out without ever feeling rushed. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Iris since 2014. When she moved to their new location, I happily went with her. I love how Iris does my hair and my hair lasts so long. Gabi is also amazing and scrubs your scalp so deeply when washing -- I know it's clean. Amelia's cuts and colors beautiful. Honestly, all of the stylists are talented, professional, and the salon is always so clean. I love coming here. I feel safe here. I walk out feeling FABULOUS!!!
