She's a great primary care physician.
It took a long time to get an appointment with Dr. Carr, her staff was very patient with my many calls and did go beyond to help me. Dr. Carr herself is amazing, I have seizure issues around doctors, my long time doctor retired 4 years ago, I've been frantically looking for someone I felt comfortable and safe with, Dr. Carr did that for me.
The front office women are terrible. They lie all the time about appointment times and availability. The care at this office is terrible except for Dr. Carr herself. IF you can get to her, you are fine. The front office lazy ladies are racist and xenophobic and frankly should be fired because they wouldn’t understand customer service if their lives depend on it. Which it should because you don’t treat people like this.
I would like to give her one star so she isn't so hard to get into, but honestly, Dr. Carr is excellent. She has always listened carefully to my concerns and never dismissed them. Really, she's great.
