Worst doctors office, hands down. I’ve called about 50 times in 3 weeks without anyone picking up, left half a dozen voicemails and I’ve gotten no response. The office is a disaster zone that barely seems sanitary— biohazards just left on the floor of the entryway, huge holes in walls, duct tape holding the floor together, dirt everywhere, reeked of cigarettes. Dr. Valdez is amazing. Aside from the typical family check-ups, consultations, when her brother (who is a dermatologist) is in town, he's able to help. She's so friendly & her employees are always nice. & they're usually students who are genuinely interested in the medical field. I've gotten to know most of them waiting to get into the nursing program or OT. The only bad thing is that because she's so nice the conversations with patients take a bit longer than usual so be prepared to wait a little bit. Besides that, Dr. Vald... read more

You’re lucky if they’ll answer the phone it’s hard to get appointment because they are not answering the phone..The place is not well organized it’s like Storage Room.It’s so Frustrating..

The office was in great disarray and it was almost impossible to get the wheelchair in-and-out of the rooms. The doctor herself seemed friendly enough but doesn't really pay very much attention to her patients refills are almost impossible it takes weeks of constant hounding.

They NEVER answer the phone. NEVER. They don't call back even if it's an urgent matter, they don't care. They're awful and unprofessional.
