All I had done on this visit was a cleaning, so Summer was the only one who saw me. She is a joy to visit and a tremendous asset to Amelia Dental Group. Not to shortchange the front desk receptionist and the accounting staff, who were also all one could want.
Appointment was on time. Patty did an outstanding job.
It had been necessary because of health issues to postpone my regular cleaning appointment. When those issues were resolved I called for an appointment. The first available was with Cheryl, who was very friendly and concerned that she not do anything that would aggravate my other issues ... and she didn't. My crown had fallen out overnight. Called and spoke with a very helpful lady. She got me in at my convenience. Heather took out the remainder of my temporary crown, made another and took time to make sure the fit was exactly as needed. As usual, my visit was the best I could ask for - in convenience, professionalism - just plain nice. Thank you for a very positive experience.

I just had my cleaning and Cheryl went above any beyond to make me feel comfortable and to make sure I had everything I needed. Cathy also helped me with my insurance questions and had it all taken care of before the end of the afternoon. Dr Bietenholz always remembers me and makes sure to welcome back each visit. I love Amelia Dental Group! All of the staff is very friendly, helpful and strive to provide excellent service to their patients.
Had my teeth cleaned today, hygienist was professional, courteous and timely.
For me it was difficult to say "good-by" to Ken Owens and Donna Lee Wall. However, time moves on and the staff I see now are all excellent and very accommodating. I'm happy with them all.
