It was great as it has always been.
I had a molar extracted by Dr. Kitson on the 4th. I waited until today to respond to see how things would progress. The procedure went relatively quickly and with little pain. I'm back to eating whole food and the swelling is minimal. All things considered, I'm very satisfied.
All I wanted was a "curbside consultation." Seems that something was protruding from the gum where a molar had been extracted last year. I wasn't sure if it was piece of of food jammed into the gum, or perhaps a sliver of the old tooth. Whatever it was, my tongue could not leave it alone. So I just stopped by the office hoping somebody could take a peek and tell me what it was so I could schedule whatever follow up would be needed. I accidentally broke off a corner of one tooth. Called in at 4:00 pm with my problem. Dr Garrett was able to see me at 8:00 am next day. What a pleasant experience . Every one was professional, my anxiety was gone immediately.

After being a patient for 8 years, I suddenly found myself in a situation where I needed an appointment immediately! I contacted the office and I was worked in late in the afternoon to see my dentist, Dr. Garrett. He quickly assessed the issue, provided the necessary treatment/medications and listened to my concerns and questions. I genuinely felt that he cared and was interested in my dental issue. I have a follow up visit in two weeks.
Both my husband and I had dental appointments today. Our experience was terrific. No wait, professional staff, expert care, and a clean, beautiful office. So glad we found ADG!!
