Excellent Dr. Thrilled to have found him. He is calming and very kind which makes a Dr's appt so much greater. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Speaking to this dept. appointment scheduler's is the worse part, a tad rude and short tempered.
I have been going to Dr Nagpal for years now. He helped me out with back pain shot was painless. Staff are very professional , Dr Nagpal has helped me tremendously!
I was called and requested to arrive an hour early saying they had no patient. Where I arrive early and still wait until my scheduled time. They took me to a room where I had wait 20 minutes, a trainee introduced herself and asked me bunch of question and asked me to wait. 15 minutes gone! Then comes this gentlemen with a suit. This doctor has helped me more than any other doctor I've seen for my chronic pain so far , and when you have contemplated blowing your own head off everyday, that says a lot. I would not recommend anyone else !
I was told there was nothing he could do for me after failed treatments. Treated me just like a number And then left me in the waiting room for 55 minutes after saying he will be right back with referrals . Disgraceful. I am now seeking pain management elsewhere once again
