I started out with Adam who was easy to contact via text and call, which I appreciated. I was ready to purchase one car but it didn't work out for their internal reasons so Adam did the right thing and found a similar vehicle! He made it easy, took care of a couple of minor things, and was reasonable. Pro tip: use the Carfax to call whatever shop serviced the vehicle most recently to find out if they found any glaring issues. It's not a guarantee of a reliable car, but it's a good start.
I bought a car from here a couple months ago. The car is very dependable but the dealer is really bad with keeping in contact and doesn’t do things that are required of them in a timely manner
First off, I was led to believe this was a sell by the owner on Craigslist. Then I showed up to find it was a small car lot. Saw the Subaru Outback I had come to see and I liked it so I bought it. Check engine light went off on my way home. I called Adam who was my salesman and he informed me that they would not give me my money back but they would fix it.
