Very inflexible . This is not the first home we have had built and our first home was completed within 4 months. Amedore has had our deposit for 10 months and suggest it will take another 3 months until completion! This is simply unacceptable. In addition we made a request for something that other units have and they were inflexible and refused to accommodate our request. I would not recommend this builder.

I would say to slow down and do not let them rush the process for you. A lot of mistakes were made in the design center, such as, things that were supposed to be included were added on as ‘not included’. The sub-contractors they have doing the hard wood floors are awful, and the electrician is sloppy in running his lines. It's a battle trying to communicate with the office and several days are required of your personal time to stay home for them to make repairs in a brand new and what should be seamless house. I like the setup, space and proximity. Parking limited for guests. Told by sales agent that I would not hear my neighbors above me due to supposed good floor insulation- not true. I can not sleep because of neighbors (2 adults/3 small kids) in 2 br condo! Maintenance could be better. Buyer beware!
