No work, life, balance! On call 14 or more days a month! RN has up to 8 visits a day, sometimes more! Aides have a ridiculous amount of patients to see also. Admissions continue even if there is no staff to care for them. Administration only cares about the numbers and their quarterly bonuses. Nothing for the worker bees.
