These people are amazing! They are capable, caring, and competent. No need went unmet. My wife had a stroke, and while there was not much hope for her, they assisted her in every way possible. (My wife survived the stroke, and they stood by us until we were able to get help from Choices (TN Care/Medicade).) I can not say enough about this organization, or about their people.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
