Nurses were supposed to show up 3 times per week but often would only show up once a week or not at all. They would call and say they were sending someone out and then never show up or call. I got conflicting information from the director, social worker and nurse. It is very likely you will never see the same person twice. This is a for-profit company that is publicly traded, so their loyalty lies with their financial bottom line and not their patients. We could not ask for any better care & assistance with my mother-in-law before she passed. Everyone was so patient, kind & helpful. They are so knowledgeable and ready to answer all questions. All calls were returned quickly. Blaise, Daniel, Sharon, & Ragan were our primary care givers. They are all outstanding at their jobs! Thank You All!

THANKS TO Hanna for doing such a fantastic job with my daddy and our family . She is outgoing and great personality and we love her very much like family . She treats us all like family and is always checking on us . Lisa also is A 5 Star also , loving my daddy and being so caring with him and treating us like family and they both are so kind and patient even when daddy has in his grumpy moods!!!! Megan was such an awesome nurse - guiding me in a thousand different ways, to be able to walk down the lonely road of losing my sweet mother. I don’t know what I’d have done without her. Mom had dementia, and she could be feisty at times. And Felicia was another one that jumped right in there and bathed her, hugged her, laughed with her, and did it all with a smile.
