Most ignorant nusre I have run into in my 45+ years of being a health care provider. We I called and complained the Supervisor said that was her 4 complaint. Never would use them.
I am beyond grateful for the hospice care that was provided to my Gram from this agency. She was a patient of theirs for almost 2 years and during that time my grandmother was very well cared for by the aides. The nurse that was assigned to her was AMAZING. She kept a very close eye on her and advised us on how to address various issues that came up. Ignoring, don't come when wife is home. Husband don't know what's going on. . Rude.
Do not use these people. Very unorganized. Did not help at all. Terrible management. Aides were very good!. No compassion!!! was told i didn't need them when i called said he w as s comfortable. Told me they would instruct me on what to do. After husband passes no one even called no chaplain or social worker. These people did not care or do their job. They need new supervisors and especially a knowledgeable manager. This is the one in Monongahela. Was told one thing and they did another. Very frustrated with the whole ordeal... read more
