Unsafe discharge for my daughter with stage 4 cancer and severe Lymphoedema. Released my daughter without pain meds allowing her to travel across states, she passed away a week later. Stay away from this sloppy hospice agency. They're responsible for contributing to my daughter's death plus did not report that my daughter's boyfriend was stealing pain meds. I reported them To medicare

The single star is for my nurse. Beyond that the company is LAZY. All they care about is you dying they don't do anything to follow through with their job. I have been numerous weeks without wound care supplies and their own Director lied to me. Three employees lie to me about ordering supplies. I'm in miserable pain and all they want to do is throw pills at you. Even after they get called out for their mistakes they don't correct them. I would just like to say how awesome the hospice team had been with helping me in handling my families medical care and to especially note that Elizabeth Atkinson or as most people know her as Beth was knowledgeable in knowing and caring for my famly members problems and gave me great advise in my time of need, and a big thanks to the rest of the team.
