I had the best experience with Amedisys Hospice Care! And a special thank you to Lauren for the extra support and care she gave to my dad, who wasn’t the easiest patient to care for. Our experience with Amedisys Hospice Care in Franklinton was deeply disappointing. My mother was in hospice care at home for only 8 days, and during that time, we faced several serious issues. For five days, we had no supplies — a completely unacceptable failure for any hospice provider. The nurses were generally unhelpful and offered little to no guidance or support for our family. kind and caring, I couldn't have asked for better as my mother reached the end of her journey
The staff from the nurses to the social worker and the on call people, were the best. Everyone was so helpful and compassionate. In a very trying time, these folks were wonderful!!!
