Social Worker does not return phone calls (REPEATED phone calls) in order to help families. This has happened several times now.
This December will make 2 years since we lost a very important part of our family. My Grandma always knew exactly what to say. Calling in hospice was one of the hardest things that I have ever had to do but I knew it was the best thing for my grandma. I was still going through all of the emotions but the staff was right there to help. They helped not only my grandma but myself and my mom as well. Amedisys was wonderful to work with. Our nurse Cheri was amazing!!!!! She was always available to answer questions and was very helpful!!! Also, Michael Harris was amazing at helping us with the whole process! What a wonderful team!!!
