Chose Amedisys after i was in the hospital. My nurses and therapists were great. Every time i called the office i was greeted with a friendly and helpful voice on the other end. I would recommend using them.
This company is great! Always making sure there patients are taken care of. Will recommend this company to my other friends.
Amedisys Home Health truly deserves five stars! The staff is incredibly attentive and caring, always taking the time to listen and understand the needs of patients. Jennifer, Keenya, and the entire team go above and beyond to ensure patients have everything they need to succeed. Their dedication and compassionate approach make all the difference. Don’t allow this company in your home! Absolute worst healthcare provider ever! Completely disorganized. Associates gave me no idea of how long they would be visiting. Turns out they were incorrect in the weeks required from day one. Nurse vs PT very uncoordinated. Didn’t advise when I needed to hire outpatient PT so I was two weeks behind due to not being able to get an appointment. Gave me no direction whatsoever. Wow I guess I shouldn't be shocked by the 2.1 review. Thr communication with this company is biggest issue! You wait the day before to let somebody know that you're coming out, or you don't call anybody at all when nobody's showing up! 3 different times no call and no one showed up! No empathy whatsoever and when I called to complain that nobody had shown up they said, well what would you like us to do? How about do your job!
