There’s no words to describe this company that would be nice. A big disappointment to me and my Mother. I definitely will not using them again!
It first took them a while to get to me, then they say they are going to report certain issues with a Dr. and get back to me… but it isn’t addressed again(or at least in a timely manner). I’m so disappointed! I have 2 issues right now that a nurse came and checked out Thursday 5/2. I’ve been left to deal with these issues alone(it’s now 5/5). They haven’t called or anything. I’m afraid to call again and be labeled a nuisance. I don’t know where else to turn.
Too bad I had to give them 1 star. This place does not deserve 1 star even. My 73 yr old bed ridden aunt was a client of theirs and they give bad service! They have 2 great nurses there but 1 is transferring to another area and the other has been sick with heart issues. The so called office manager Patricia is a liar, don't know the clients personally but will discharge you in a heartbeat. My aunt has a folley Cath, and a wound vac which requires a nurse up to 3 times a week and this company discharged her because we removed... read more
