The nurses who came to the house every week were well versed in their fields of expertise. I was satisfied with their care, compassion and, their hand on approaches.
I would give the nurses 5 stars. They were wonderful. However, the management of care by the company is unacceptable. Their model is to call clients the night before (sometimes 5 -,7 pm) & hope you will be home for a visit. If they even call. We were skipped a week & no one could say why. We were not given a care plan, goals for care nor discharge plans. We asked to be discharged. Fortunately our needs were few & small. I would not recommend them based on poor administration.
