Don’t go on hospice on a holiday. They were not organized on intake. Took over 24 hours to get comfort medication. Do your research. Be aware you do not have to keep a hospice provider. You can change after you start with one.
Brenda was the best! She helped us through the most difficult time a person could have,... they all were so caring, real and loving! Amanda and Megan were awesome too. I could not have asked for better assistance with the passing of my most precious uncle. God has given them a gift and I can't thank and honor them enough.
I stay with this lady who had fell and needed physical and occupational therapy . She has dementia also. The PT and OT they all are great ! I would highly recommend ! The 2 PT John Romero and Keith not sure on his last name and OT Jeff Jackson and Rosellen Ryals . We loved them all they both do diff things but helped she's doing better than she was when she came home . She always feels better after doing the things they have her do and don't hurt in her knee the rest of the day . Thank you to these 4individuals. We will miss... read more
Therapists and nurses are great, but when we tried to get a nurse out for an emergency, the clinician and lady that answered the phone, refused to send a nurse and told us to go to a hospital. Why do we even have 24/7 nursing if they refuse to send them? What's the point? Come to find out, it was a stomach bug. I'm glad we decided against going to the hospital and putting a severely disabled person through that process unnecessarily.
