Very appreciative of the care provided by RN Crystal! she was so kind and caring. she communicated very well with me about her visits and what to expect. she ordered my supplies in a timely fashion. Most importantly, she had great assessment skills and was knowledgeable and listened. You should be proud of the wonderful employee you have!

First visit wa with the owner, and was hopeful to of found home health help that was professional. Cam not count the total of no shows, that proceeded with there normal staff. I had given up trying to utilize the UHC perk. Until I desperately needed some help. 3 No shows in a row, 1 called in sick and I was easy all I ever had them do is help me with paperwork I never expected anybody to clean anything plus one of the girls that did some cleaning didn't even know how to do dishes it was almost scary so I just had them help m... read more
We were introduced to Amedisys Home Health Care just over a year ago in a time of medical crisis for both my mom and my stepdad. Once they were both released from the hospital and the rehab the Amedisys team stepped in to support them/us with in home health care - they sent nurses for wellness and wound care checks, they sent PTs and OTs to work with them in the home to increase strength and endurance, they partnered with a nurse practitioner who called for weekly telehealth visits and of which truly helped to ease their tra... read more
