All the nurses that came out to help my father were outstanding, very helpful and would relay to his primary Dr. when needed. Always on time and would call to reschedule if something came up, only happened once during a snow storm. I highly recommend this service for yourself or a loved one! A big thank you to the staff for all your help.
After I broke my ankle, this company was recommended to me. Everyone was awesome. Great communication, always verified visits. Always learned something from them…from the bath lady, PT, OT and nurse. Don’t know how I could have recovered without their help and care
I was very reluctant to use this company because of the 1 star rating, and also, I’ve never heard of this company. I just had a knee replacement and needed home health care services. My experience with this organization has been wonderful! The staff and therapists have been great. On time, courteous and extremely helpful. If you are in need of home health care, I highly recommend giving them a try. .
Worst company ever don’t even waste your time! Always late & very rude. Shouldn’t be in business.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. If you care about your family member or friend or anyone do not place them within this company's service they will do absolutely nothing for you to get better. This company is so unorganized. They are constantly late. Changing appointment times. Forgetting to call you and tell you they switched your appointment time or just forgetting about you until you call them. Like seriously do not waste your time.
