Intake nurse Jack was on time and thorough. Rachel was excellent as my wound care nurse. She came on time and accommodated changes in my schedule. Our only challenge was getting the wound supplies specific to my wound delivered. Rachel checked each time she came but they never came. I wound up using my own supply augmented by purchases thru Amazon. My wound is totally healed.
He was extremely nice,kind,and especially helpful, i really thought he was very professional, and courteous, my family liked his calm and likeable personality, he is a great person.
I was supposed to have someone come to my house 1 day a week, she never showed up, she said the first time she came I didn’t answer the door, she was never at my door cause in 36 years of living here know one knows they have to go in my driveway and up the stairs to get to my apartment. I told her to call me so I could tell her how to get there, my street became a one way this summer, so it’s even harder to find my apartment.
