Great group of nurses and therapists trying their best for a grossly understaffed and poorly managed organization. That's the only reason for our 1-Star. Director lacks compassion, communication skills, organization and professionalism. She apparently cares nothing about her clients or their situation and likes to blame the people under her for her/Amedisis shortcomings. They don't deserve even a star. They either don't show up on time or just don't show up period. Don't order supplies like they should. Horrible communication. My son is supposed to have a nurse come out at least twice a week and he can't even get her to freaking do her job. My wife has to go out and do the nurses damn job. To me that is pretty sorry of a company I would never recommend them for any damn thing
