Megan and Kelly tell you one thing(we dont do those services) but the hospital and insurance company telling us something totally different(that they do those services and refer people there for the exact services we need). Megan said my grandmother would be ok missing doses of her infusion medication(megam is not a doctor), that was started 2 days prior, the medication can not be missed or my grandmother could die from the severe sepsis, thats why she was sent home on the medication and referred to this company. I am so glad I chose to go with your company. My husband has been satisfied. I feel they have been very professional, Friendly and easy to let them know how we feel . We have not had your services very long, but at this point, feel it was a good choice.
I had a pacemaker put in and the home care I received after I got home was great. The 2 nurses I had were very prompt and very caring about my issues. The physical therapist was great. He came and after an active review of my abilities we decided I didn't need physical therapy or occupation therapy. I have worked with your company in the past and definitely will in the future if I need home care.
