EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE ! I was afraid I was gonna fall. The occupational therapist touched me on my shoulder and said “ I GOT YOU “ That was the first time I felt a touch of caring in a long time and the words of ‘I got you’, was so encouraging. I felt empowered and strengthen that I could make it. Thank you. 🦼
Nursing and OT were excellent. I do think they kept me on services longer than they should have. The first visit of the PT she acted like an army sergeant. She stated she was going to discharge me because my home was not safe because of packages that were not put away. . Needless to say the packages did get put away, but I had to do it a little at a time. The second visit when the physical therapist came over she started laughing and saying that she must’ve scared me because she told me she was going to discharge me so I put... read more
